- 1970 Our first photomask was made in Glenrothes, Scotland.
- 1987 Compugraphics was acquired by Laporte plc.
- 1997 US expansion with the acquisition of Apex Lithography Services Inc., Texas.
- 1998 Acquisition of Diamon Images, Los Gatos, California.
- 2000 We became part of Rockwood Specialities.
- 2008 Electronics division of Rockwood holdings is acquired by OM Group.
- 2009 Installation of Alta 3900 laser tool at Los Gatos.
- 2011 ML&C, Jena, Germany, joins Compugraphics
