How long will it take to get my mask?
In the following description the term "order" means that we have received the data, manufacturing instructions and purchase order.
If plots are required for approval prior to making the mask, allow 48 hours from receipt of the order.
For reticle or master masks, despatch within 5 days of receiving the order.
For contact print (copy) masks, despatch within 10 days of receiving the order.
For larger customers we offer faster delivery times for the first few layers of a mask set. Customers can also choose to pay a premium to ensure that any urgent masks are made to faster timescales.
