How do I order a photomask?
- If you have data available, please email it to us for checking so we can provide you with an accurate quote. We prefer GDSII but other formats are possible.
- Please tell us your required mask type and size, substrate (typically Quartz or Soda Lime), minimum feature size and CD tolerance if you know it.
- We will send you a quote.
- To place an order, we recommend that you use the Compugraphics electronic Mask Production Order Form (eMPOF) - contact dp@cgi.co.uk to set up your account, alternatively an instruction via email is possible.
- We also need a purchase order and the delivery address (sometimes included with the technical instructions).
- If required, we can send you plots for approval prior to manufacture.
