Do you keep archives?
We now have a policy of retaining all the data that was used to write masks, unless specifically requested otherwise. We possess the data for some orders that date back as far as 1992. If you wish to ask about data for an old order, it is helpful if you know your Sales Order or Run number (4 or 5 digits).
